Abdul Wazed Chowdhury

My dad was born on 25th June, 1950 in Sandwip, Chittagong. My dad was raised by my grandmother Monazzera Khatun Chowdhurani in Hatiya, Noakhali where my grandmother was originally from. My grandfather Abdul Wahab Chowdhury had passed away couple of months before my dad was born. My Dad is a commerce graduate from Dhaka University. After graduating in 1970 my dad started working for Gandhara Nissan LTD (later Galphra-Habib and now Pragati) in chittagong. He then moved to UK in 1974 for higher education. My dad moved back to chittagong in 1982 and started working for National Bank LTD.

My dad is Assistant Vice President of National Bank LTD, currently he is working at bank's head office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is also a member of British Council of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
